BANNER INFORMATION! PLEASE READ!Β 

- πŸ—“οΈ (Event Date) I need at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event date so I can ensure that it arrives in time. If you need a banner sooner, please EMAIL me (Partyartpensacola@gmail.com) BEFORE ordering so I can accommodate you. If you order before asking me, and don’t respond to my message in regards, I will have to issue a refund.Β 

- πŸ••(Response Time) Please give me at least 24 hours to respond to your message, as I paint during the day and respond to messages at night.Β 

- πŸ“¦ (Shipping Material ) Your banner will be shipped in a tall sturdy ULINE C Flute box. I put the banner inside of a weather protective plastic sleeve, and I tape it with packaging tape. After package is shipped, anything else that is done is out of my control. If your box comes crushed/torn/wrinkled please notify me by sending photos of the damage, and a store credit will be issued toward your next order if desired. Due to the custom nature of each banner and the costs involved in shipping, that is partially covered by the seller, refunds are not offered.Β 

- ✈️(Shipping + Order Timeline) All orders are shipped via UPS Next day air, 2nd day air or 3-5 day shipping, depending on the event date. 

- ✏️(Draft Timeline) Due to a high volume of orders, rough drafts are typically sent 10-14 days prior to event date, but sometimes later due to timing and volume. For the draft, there might be slight variations in colors, as digital colors can appear different across separate devices. If you purchase a banner that is a predesign, or inspired by my other banners, I will not be sending a rough draft for approval. 

- ✨Lastly! My banners are created special just for you and your event! All banners are created by freehand, without the use of a projector. If you have ANY questions, please let me know as I would be happy to help.
